US Bank 152 Complaint

I have a US Bank debit card. The background on the card is a green forest full of trees with thick brown tree trunks. It is very hard to see the account number against this background which I need to know when making a phone charge. I complained before asking ti have my card replaced with a solid backround. They said they could not provide such a card.
